AuditCloser is a website sales-discovery tool. These terms describe the intended boundaries of the current demonstration product and do not replace the definitive terms of any future operator or acquisition agreement.
Audit scope
Results are generated from the fetched public page source and HTTP response headers. AuditCloser does not crawl an entire website, execute the target's JavaScript, perform penetration testing or certify regulatory compliance.
Indicative values
Agency opportunity ranges are positioning aids for sales discovery. They are not quotations, revenue guarantees or promises that a prospect requires or will purchase the suggested work.
Responsible use
Only submit public website URLs that you are permitted to evaluate. Do not use the service to target private networks, authenticated systems or non-public resources.
Commercial operation
A buyer deploying AuditCloser commercially is responsible for its own customer terms, privacy disclosures, service commitments, pricing and any integrations it enables.
Acquisition terms are separate
Source-code transfer, support period, hosted deployment and any domain or third-party account transfer are governed by the applicable sale agreement or marketplace transaction.
